i don't have a problem either way, but prefer all in one team from (my point if view)

I'm still in the GAC until somebody tells me not to stay because ATRT2, but I checked with our ministry and at least they don't have anything against it. But I would take Heathers advice in any case

Costa Rica has an alternate rep to GAC (Santiago Nuñez) he will be taking most of the load there in Beijing and over the next few months
