Attached is the Draft Report with some edits and corrections. Please note that I changed the numbering of the paragraphs in the body of the Report and in the Table of Contents for the Assessment of ATRT1 Recommendation Implementation subject matter only. I did not renumber the paragraphs pertaining to "new" Recommendations from ATRT2. There are 8 "new" Recommendations (numbered 11-18 in the Executive Summary). It was not clear to me how the enumerated 8 corresponded to the text in the Report from a numbering perspective. I am sorry but if you can help finish that task (and at this point I trust your judgment on the numbering of the document over mine). Please call me if you have any questions.
