Purpose of the call:

Please refer to Brian's email circulated on 17 April: "The purpose of the call, is to provide clear requests to ICANN Staff (building on the list of questions we provided to Denise) for inputs and documents pertaining to the implementation of Review Team recommendations. This call should facilitate a more efficient and effective face-to-face meeting in Los Angeles. Additionally, we should note that this is only the first interaction with the broader ICANN staff and ATRT2 will have follow up opportunities to ask additional questions and ask for additional documentation."

Agenda:

1. Introduction

a. Purpose of the call – exploratory discussion between ATRT2 members and ICANN staff responsible for the implementation of ATRT1 recommendations

b. Objective – to determine how best to address ATRT2 questions and the methods of providing responses and updates to the Review Team, in preparation for the 2-3 May meeting in LA

c. ATRT2 goals and expectations

2. Shared responsibility for implementation – Board, NomCom, GAC, staff, other

3. Discussion of Questions on Implementation (list prepared in Beijing)

4. Discussion of optimal method of response in order to achieve uniformity – timing, method, format, etc.

5. Specific deliverables from ICANN staff and others responsible for implementation, for the 2-3 May meeting

6. Other items
