The document contains 10 pages, the first of which depicts Fadi and his direct reports.  The remaining pages provide further details about the organization.   Please let me know if you still have problems viewing the rest of the document.

Larisa, this is just a chart of who reports to Fadi. That does not add much to what is already well known.

Surely when Fadi was talking about his personal need for an organization chart, he was not just referring to a list of who reports directly to him.
