Approved travel day of departure is: Friday, September 20, 2013

BCD Travel will be your primary point of contact for the transportation portion of your trip including compliance with all ICANN corporate travel guidelines and booking of travel reservations. Your primary contact at BCD Travel is Dominick Mellace (ICANN.Meeting@bcdtravel.com). Once your travel itinerary is complete ICANN, will confirm your hotel accommodations in Washington DC. Kindly note that you are not allowed to self-arrange your trip to Washington DC and we will book your itinerary on the most direct and low cost airline.

Please confirm, complete, and submit your Travel Request Form and Bank Information Form to: ICANN.Meeting@bcdtravel.com AND constituency-travel@icann.org by end of working day: Friday, 30 August 2013.

If Constituency Travel has not heard back from you within the designated deadline of 30 August, you will be considered to participate remotely. This aggressive timeline is necessary given the short lead time and high cost of airfares and hotel.
