3. After a good meeting with the InterConnect Communications team on Thursday regarding the PDP study and receiving the document on Sunday morning, Alan did a draft of 28,29 which I edited and moved into the wiki.

4. On editing the wiki, I noticed that 37 have not been specifically covered, though it is mentioned in several other templates. I think this can be folded into the draft mentioned in #2 above (12-16, 35,36 + 37?), but this has not happened yet.
