Fiona, this does not include the last Rec on having the Board assign time-lines on all accepted recommendations. It can just be added as a second sentence to 33-ii.
In responding to Review Team recommendations, the Board must provide an expected time frame for implementation, and if that time frame is different from one given by the RT, the rationale should address the difference.
