Letter to Governments from ATRT2 government reps
Review Team, Attached is the letter prepared by Larry and Jorgen that the government representatives serving on ATRT2 can sign with respect to the outreach proposal made by Jorgen. I will be working with Heather and ICANN staff in the short term to have the letter sent to the appropriate government officials. For the government representatives on ATRT2, if you have a digital copy of your signature, would you please forward it to Larisa so it can be affixed to the letter. Thank you. Regards, Brian

Additionally, the public comment/reply period will close on 9 June - you may wish to reflect this and ask that responses be directed to the ATRT 2 email after that date. Thanks Brian. Great to see this is moving forward. Will Stephen Conroy also serve as a vector for transmission to relevant ministerial level parties? Do "appropriate government officials" incorporate ministers or is this thread pursued by you, Heather and ICANN staff looking specifically at GAC & parties in the Toronto GAC HLM?
