I had said I would provide words for this part of Fiona's AoC RT recommendation, but All I can find on the wiki template page is an old version from August, so here is the wording, and hopefully we can integrate it later.

The Board must address all AoC RT recommendations in a clear and unambiguous manner, indicating to what extent they are accepting each recommendation.
