All, Attached is a draft of observations from the ATRT2 concerning the ATRT process. ATRT1 included an Appendix with its own observations and this may be a useful tool for communicating with ATRT2 about our learnings. I offer it for discussion purposes and am interested in feedback/edits. Also attached is a document from Ray Plzak, ICANN Board member who is Chair of the Structural Improvements Committtee (SIC). The SIC is looking at ways to improve the "organizational reviews" (not the AoC Reviews). The attachment reflects approaches the SIC is considering to improve the organizational reviews. With an understanding that the two reviews are different in their respective bases and in how they are conduct, this tools could be useful in considering how to introduce efficiencies for future ATRT reviews. I would be interested in reactions or feedback on that document as well. Best, Brian
