Hi, Just to put it on the record: While the periodic reviews are an important part of the process whether the 3 year cycle is right is questioned. By the time the review is done, discussed and implemented - especially given the time it takes to effect an organizational change - 3 years may have long since elapsed. Is there way to give a more realistic definition of a reasonable cycle. avri
