Dear Review Team Members, This is to provide you with background information on ATRT 1 meeting/call settings. Background information: We had streaming available through adobe connect for the Community to listen to ATRT 1 meetings. The Community could comment on discussions using the Adobe Chat pod (kindly note that the chat pod may be deactivated). The ATRT 1 welcomed the in-person presence of observers at their public meetings but would address their questions during the Interaction with the Community sessions. In addition, the Team had two email addresses (private and public) to which the Community could submit and post comments and questions. Whenever the Chatham House Rule invoked, Staff would stop the streaming and recording following the Review Team Chair's request and observers would be asked to leave the room. Recordings, agendas, transcripts, chat transcripts of public meetings/calls were posted on the ATRT1 webspace. Calls were also open to the public. Observers were muted and could insert comments in the Adobe chat pod. Next week: Should you wish and decide to open next week's (and subsequent) discussions to the public, we may stream the audio via your adobe room and post the link on your wiki and ICANN website. We would, however, suggest circulating bridges details to ATRT 2 Members participating remotely only. Should the Team decide to close its discussion, this will ease the transition to private mode (a suggestion for your consideration). We may also compile your recordings, transcripts, agendas, chat transcripts, meeting materials etc. on a public wiki (or private) in accordance with your decision. Should you find it useful, I am also happy to create a poll with a set of proposed settings to help you reach your decision. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Very best regards Alice -- Alice Jansen Strategic Initiatives Manager ICANN Rond Point Schuman 6, Bt.1 B-1040 Brussels, Belgium Office: +32 289 474 03 Mobile: +32 4 73 31 76 56 Skype: alice_jansen_icann Email: alice.jansen@icann.org<mailto:alice.jansen@icann.org>

Thanks very much! Very helpful. Out of curiosity: were any stats kept on the number of folks (outside of the ATRT) who listened/participated?

I (for one) am fine with this.

Makes sense to me.

I'd say a public wiki (albeit only editable by folks on ATRT2).
Should you find it useful, I am also happy to create a poll with a set of proposed settings to help you reach your decision.
I'm guessing this would be a good idea. Regards, -drc
