Update - Board Action on ATRT3 Report

Dear ATRT3 Implementation Shepherds, On Monday, 30 November, the ICANN Board voted to approve all of the recommendations outlined in Third Accountability and Transparency Review Team (ATRT3) Final Report<https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/atrt3-report-29may20-en.pdf>, and directed the ICANN President and CEO, Göran Marby, to take all actions directed to the ICANN organization. The resolutions will be available shortly on ICANN.org<http://icann.org/>. On behalf of the ICANN org, I extend sincere appreciation to everyone who contributed or participated in this review. I especially want to thank the volunteers who comprised the Review Team. Over the past 14 months, you have dedicated a tremendous amount of time, energy, and effort all in support of ICANN’s Mission. I also want to thank each of you for agreeing to serve in the important role of providing clarification related to the intentions of the ATRT3 as ICANN org moves into the implementation planning phase.
