To your question: Am afraid we cannot pay for his services in advance.

Currently payments from the BC to her vendors are compiled once a month and might take anything from 3 weeks to 6 weeks to be effected by our accountant as she has to schedule an appointment to visit the bank. Transactions heading to Nigeria most times take longer. The BC also has a policy of effecting payment when the assignment is done. We do not provide advance payments as recovering the funds might cost more.

An Invoice from whom ever is engaged could be sent in on the 15th (middle of the month) and if payment spills over invoices could be merged. This would not be for long as the BC is in the process of exiting this system.

There are 3 assignments in the scope you shared Vivek;

Graphics Designing

Social Media Management and

Content creation.

Are we sure this talent is aligned with all three?

In my experience, freelancers are paid as per the invoice raised within a stipulated time period. So if we start the engagement with Victor on 1st May, and he raises an invoice on 30th May. He should be paid within the next few days of June.
