Transcripts are an interesting read, but without the vocal comments that fit into the written dialogue it reads as pretty inane in my view.  Would be good if it were possible to sync the timing of the ‘two parts’ of the conference call, i.e. the recording along with the chat on one screen.  Not sure who one would talk to about this, but perhaps Bene you could pass this on?
