Welcome ICANN Labs community members This newsletter marks the beginning of our weekly newsletter series. Each week, we will highlight the updates from our four innovation tracks: Discovery, Conversation, Communication and Education.
We recently kicked off the Innovation Program with a two-day workshop in New York City. The workshop was led by User Experience Strategist Jeanine Harriman, who will be blogging about her approach and key findings later this week. We also successfully updated the website, making it easier for our community to discuss and participate in the new ideas that the track teams are testing. We look forward to kicking off our first experiments and collaborating with you over the coming weeks. If you have any thoughts or questions feel free to contact us at @ICANNLabs on Twitter. - The ICANN Labs team
