Dear all,

The various objections are now being published:

·         The Legal Rights Objections filed with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center are here: http://www.wipo.int/amc/en/domains/lro/cases/

·         Only one string confusion objection has been posted by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution - Starting Dot sas – an applicant for ‘.immo’ - has filed a string confusion objection against United TLD Holdco’s application for ‘immobilien’: http://www.adr.org/aaa/faces/aoe/icdr/icann/gtld;jsessionid=pPZ9RQzpMTPVCXqQk4r3hFs5S60WPbpbT1R08ZZKHkwpV4Vl6VBY!1841242605?_afrWindowId=null&_afrLoop=157288000179895&_afrWindowMode=0&_adf.ctrl-state=gvxmb9j36_114#%40%3F_afrWindowId%3Dnull%26_afrLoop%3D157288000179895%26_afrWindowMode%3D0%26_adf.ctrl-state%3Dyd13duw9r_4

·         The International Center of Expertise of the ICC has not yet published details of the objections it has received (limited public interest and community objections) - http://www.iccwbo.org/products-and-services/arbitration-and-adr/expertise/icann-new-gtld-dispute-resolution/pending-cases/- but the Independent Objector (tasked with objecting to gTLD applications that would be contrary to the public and community interests) has filed comments on “controversial applications” before the ICC. See: http://www.independent-objector-newgtlds.org/english-version/the-independent-objector-s-comments-on-controversial-applications/

Hope this is of interest,

Kind regards

Marie
