In advance of the October 12 meeting would you explain now the proposed CSG charter changes please?

And also explain what it is in the BC charter that must change in light of these CSG updates.

In the previous BC charter debate we had tried to build in wording explicitly to AVOID the need to revisit the BC charter.

Given the months of debate we had on the current BC charter we should be certain that additional changes really are needed.
