On behalf of Sébastien Bachollet, Chair of the Meeting Strategy Working Group, and the Working Group members, I would like to invite you to join us in a conference call being held on Thursday August 8^th at 13:00 UTC.  The objective of the call is for the GNSO to give its views on:

·         Its “must have” and “like to have” at ICANN Meetings

·         Its interaction with local community at ICANN Meetings

·         How it organizes its meeting time at ICANN Meetings

Jonathan Robinson has accepted this invitation and will kick-off the discussion.

As you may know, this WG has been mandated by the Public Stakeholder Engagement Committee to review how to engage the broader community and to discuss and propose strategy for the structure, purpose and locations for ICANN Public Meetings starting in 2015.

Please let me know whether you would be available for this call and I will send you an Outlook and Lucid Meeting invitation (should you need a dial out, please do not hesitate to let me know).
