diligence in the BC use of the toolkit.
It isn't simple, BC members, and Bene and Chris [and I] are
trying to utilize services that are sometimes challenging.

address to contact me: bc-secretariat@icann.org.
I will still have access to the hotmail address: secretariat-bc@hotmail.com but
will use the ICANN email address moving forward since the hotmail service is
not as reliable, and I often experience delays in reception of emails, so
please try to avoid contacting me via hotmail.
