The GAC posted this document yesterday.  It's further advice regarding RPMs (Rights Protection Mechanisms)

I don't this was written after receipt of ICANN's latest guidebook.  But it is highly relevant to BC positions on RPMs

Note that the GAC is saying that TM Claims services should be required after launch of a gTLD, which was not part of the ICANN response.
