Dear BC,

Please find attached the final report of the  OSC- CCT  (Operations Steering Committee – Communications and Coordination Team).

The report has now been sent by the CCT team chair  Mason Cole to the OSC chair Chuck Gomes.

The next step would be for the OSC to either forward the recommendations on for full Council review (with any minor edits)  or to send the recommendations back to the CCT for more work. 

This provides another opportunity for members of the BC to input any comments if they wish.

Philip, as a member of the OSC can ‘collect’ these comments.
