ICANN is taking a survey to gauge interest in the situation surrounding whois privacy.  They are looking to do a more formal survey of how well the process works with regards to "relay" and "reveal" requests - in other words, finding out who is actually behind an anonymised whois entry and getting hold of them.  They are looking to find out how many people/organisations will participate in the upcoming survey at this point, so this survey only takes a few minutes to fill out.
