Please advise if I can provide any further clarification of the BC's request for an extension, and for support for users in informational sessions. This latter item seems to make 

great sense, and no doubt, ICANN will fully support that users should have full support for informational sessions. 

We would welcome supporting such sessions and encouraging participation.
