Resolution regarding
dispute mechanism if a party feels a registry operator is violating its
contract restrictions for community-based TLDs.
Resolved: Staff shall publish a final RRDRP in DAG v4.
ICANN shall also consider whether this or a similar dispute resolution
procedure could be used when a government withdraws its support for a
government-supported TLD.
