This session was a remarkable improvement on the SSR session in Beijing. We’ve moved from Denial and Defensiveness, to Data and Discovery. Now its time for discussion and debate. Asked Jeff Moss what he’ll now tell his CEO to say as he travels the world. Fadi been saying there are no significant SSR issues. Is that still the message after seeing this data?Moss said the company line is that ICANN will not do anything to undermine SSR. If there’s a showstopper… Deadlines can be moved…I said the data indicates it’s more fine-grained than that. Maybe you don’t have to “stop the show”, but rather keep some actors off the stage until they get their issues resolved.
