This is an election announcement for the currently open process for the BC Officer Elections 2014. Following the closure of the two week nomination period, the nominations are the following:

Chair:

· Elisa Cooper – Nominated by David Fares and seconded by: Marie Pattullo, Laura Covington and Stephane Van Gelder

Vice Chair Finance & Operations:

· Jimson Olufuye – Nominated by Gabriela Szlak

Vice Chair Policy Coordination:

· Steve DelBianco – Nominated by Marilyn Cade and seconded by Stephane Van Gelder

CSG Representative:

· Marilyn Cade – Nominated by Tim Smith and seconded by Gabriela Szlak

As a reminder, nominees should submit their candidate statements by Monday, Feb. 17^th 2014 for them to be aggregated and submitted to BC Members prior to the Candidate call taking place on Tuesday, Feb. 18^th at 11 a.m. EST (4 p.m. UTC).

Questions for candidates should also be submitted to the me at bc-secretariat@icann.org by Monday, Feb. 17^th for them to be used on the candidate call and aggregated and submitted to candidates in preparation for the call.
