great job.
i would expand our support for Compliance by also mentioning the need for upgrades to their systems. all those analyses they do for us are basically done by hand -- they really need an upgrade to their systems to redirect their staff hours back to real compliance work instead of just being clerks. i'm attaching the memo that a gaggle of us working-group participants (IRTP and RAP as i recall) sent to the budget folks a couple years ago. the net result was no systems and David Giza getting fired. but the issue remains. perhaps even more important now that new gTLDs are about to arriveā¦
