Resolution:

Within the new gTLD process, there will be strict separation of Registyr and Registrar services.  No cross-ownership allowed.

If GNSO puts forth a new policy that’s approved by the board prior to launch of new gTLD program, it will become part of the program.

Passed unanimously, abstention by Bruce Tonkin.
