Dear BC Colleagues,
 
As promised, I have drafted a first set of comments for the BC on ICANN’s SSR plan.  This is a very rough outline and I have noted areas where I hope others will contribute.   As we discussed, the goal of this group is just to get this idea process started so this can quickly be developed by the larger group and be ready for distribution prior to Colombia.
 
Once you have had a chance to review this and develop some ideas, let’s have another quick call to discuss next steps.
