Has anyone else been informed that due to reservation system problems you have been moved to another hotel?

Please be advised that due to the unexpected circumstances with the reservation system we are forced to move your reservation in Hilton Prague for whole period to hotel Andels. We were able to secure the hotel in the same category with complimentary upgrade to Executive floor but with lower rate of 3.338 CZK including breakfast, including 14% VAT.
The payment will be done in the hotel upon departure, your reservation is guaranteed for late arrival by your credit card and the same cancellation policy is applied.
