Comments close 31-Jul. (ATRT3).  Tola Sogbesan represents CSG.  The BC joined a CSG joint minority statement, explaining disagreements over process and substance, including points from BC’s Jan-2020 comment on ATRT3 draft report, thanks to Barbara, Tola, Denise Michel, and Steve.
