Hi there, I notice that section 3.2 the TMC is only for ‘Word Marks’ not design marks. http://www.icann.org/en/topics/new-gtlds/trademark-clearinghouse-clean-12nov 10-en.pdf Currently design marks are accepted by registry in sunrise applications. I use them for a number of clients. I am not sure why design marks are not included in TMC, perhaps Zahid who was on the IRT would remember. Does this have implications for any other BC member?
