Agree, Zahid. WHOIS studies are essential for fact-based policy development. Also, w/r/t the Privacy and Proxy Relay and Reveal study: Staff received no responses to its request-for-proposal. Staff is suggesting they can do internal research and a survey to determine possible vendors we can ask.
