Dear BC Members, Please find attached the annotated agenda I drafted for the BA which includes all meetings present in the schedule posted on the ICANN website, but also the BC and CSG private meetings & cocktail events which do not appear on the schedule. The annotated agenda also includes a column with comments, which gives members agenda details of different events. The only event which does not have a confirmed room yet is the Board cocktail with the CSG taking place on Sunday evening. I have asked ICANN Staff to confirm the location, but I have not yet heard back. I will email members with the updated agenda as soon as I have this information.
