Thanks for sending, Phil. I think these rules are very reasonable - it's just unfortunate that the prohibitions on front-running and registering generic terms were not incorporated into the LRO guidelines earlier. Very welcome Andy. I'm on vacation this week so haven't fully vetted the rules but seem reasonable at first glance. I never thought that frontrunning a TLD that had yet to exist would provide any advantage in a LRO.
