I received the same "valuable guest" e-mail but wrote back asking them to specifically reconfirm using my name and reservation number. I do not trust them at this point and want something very specific in writing lest I show up at the front desk and be told that there is no room for me -- especially since I heard back from both the hotel manager and Hilton Corporate Assistance over the weekend saying, sorry, but that there was no room due to a reservation snafu.
