In addition to the administrative updates to reflect that this is the Final Report, a new section has been added concerning the public comment period on the Initial Report. As discussed in Toronto, the audience for this report is the GNSO Council and subsequently the ICANN Board, so please keep this in mind as you consider possible structural changes to the report. As you are also aware, there are a number of elements that are required to be included in the Final Report (whether it is in the body of the report, an annex or by reference). As also discussed, following publication of the Final Report, the EPDP Team may want to consider whether it would be helpful to produce a summary version that would be specifically intended for external audiences?
