These measures can be found in version 3 of the Draft Applicant Guidebook scheduled for posting prior to the ICANN Seoul Meeting. David Giza is Senior Director of Contractual Compliance at ICANN. He is responsible for the strategic leadership and continuing development of ICANN’s global contract compliance program.
