We have the resources lined up for translation and printing at US$200. There is the added bonus here of the preparation of a BC summary in Portuguese, ready for use in further engagements. This shall be forwarded to the Committee at the first opportunity.

If you could please get me this file by the 20th, we'll be able to line everything up just fine for Monday.

I apologize that perhaps you were not originally asked to share with the full Outreach committee. but we are able to move quickly, I am sure. 


Can you look at the two pager and consider if it can be translated? 


Andrew has apparently appointed himself as the interface, although that is somewhat unusual but he can share the two pager with you, I am sure. 


All emails should be shared with the full Outreach Committee, of course.
