I know many of you are traveling, but wanted to just put in formally what I said on our last call -- that I'd like to apply for CROP funding to attend ICANN San Juan. I'm already working on potential outreach events there (and would love your help).

Dear BC Outreach Committee,

I hope this email meets you well.

My name is Maryam Bakoshi, and I am the new CROP administrator for the GNSO in FY18.

I am contacting you regarding the BC CROP allocation for FY18. I note that the BC hasn’t used any of its allocation for FY18 and I just wanted to remind you that trips can be taken up until June 30, 2018. However, please note that any trip(s) taken towards the end of the fiscal year would according to the guidelines, have to be approved 6 weeks before the trip date, so ideally an application has to be submitted and approved by May 15, 2018 at the very latest.

As a reminder, please note that the BC can also use its allocation to send a member to the ICANN61 Puerto Rico meeting.

I am available to answers any questions you may have either by email (crop-staff@icann.org) or by joining one of your calls, if you so wish.
