Just a comment that some of these emails seem to have limited distribution. Maybe we can have a standard to be
sure that all members of the BC Outreach are always copied.

Subject: IGF Outreach Geneva -- last call for requests
All,
Following up on today’s call — two BC representatives (Jimson Olufuye and Mark Datysgeld) have requested support for their participation at the upcoming IGF in Geneva. Both are speaking and are in positions to promote the BC as part of their participation.
Recognizing that IGF is coming up quickly, are there any other BC members who will be also be speaking and attending IGF that are in need of support in order to attend? (If so, what role will you be playing?)
Please send back any requests by noon tomorrow Eastern time US. The Outreach Committee will review the requests and budget and make a decision by Monday COB if not sooner.
