Dear colleagues,

As we all recall, reports are required for any event that receives BC funding for purposes of Outreach/Awareness. 

Each of us received a $700 sponsorship.   I have drafted a DRAFT template, so that we can collaborate, with individual submissions, on 

a report to the BC.  Of course, your edits, and further suggestions from other members of the Outreach Committee  are welcome.

This is the first time that the BC has provided sponsorship to participants, or a Remote Hub. While the amounts were probably about 1/3 +/- of 

the total costs, it was an essential support, for my own participation. And, I suspect for all of you as well. 

Other Constituencies have submitted special requests to ICANN to bring more attendees to an IGF and even conduct a Day Zero event. Perhaps

we can use this as a first evaluation of the benefits for the BC, and ICANN overall as we then consider our proposals into the ICANN funded activities

for 2018/2019.

Please, do offer edits and suggestions to the draft template, so that all of us can quickly draft our shared report.If you can offer edits by January 8, then we could set a deadline of January 11 for the first shared draft, and then finalize it to send to the BC membership/Execom and for publication on the BC list.
