Feeling that this is a good opportunity to also bring to the fore issues

bothering around visa assistance to travelers I have inserted a text that

can be edited into the base of No.4.

Alongside some minor edits I also presume the first paragraph of No. 9

should read AGM 2018. Do pardon me if I am wrong.

Thanks all for the detailed submission. Marylin if you will I would also

be lending my voice to the submission on the fellowship process.
