Dear BC Outreach team,

My records show that the FY17 BC Outreach plan was posted/submitted to ICANN’s Wiki space on August 19^th, 2016[community.icann.org]. The BC will need the BC Outreach plan to be finalized and posted prior to accessing CROP Funds.

Given that timeline, the BC Outreach committee has a few weeks to develop a draft, make any necessary revisions and approve as needed. I am happy to post to the Wiki again.

Request: If possible, kindly review last year’s plan (via the link above/attached document), and also, provide any suggestions on what you think the focus should be for this year for events/travel.

CROP Funding for FY18: Also, one significant reminder to note is that CROP (formerly CROPP) now offers 5 slots for the BC for FY18 (link: https://community.icann.org/x/ZhXfAw[community.icann.org] ). This is one additional slot from FY17.
