  Jimson Olufuye:We're compiling rates for venue and lunch.

  Jimson Olufuye:and we can close later than projected, say 5-6pm.

  Marilyn Cade:do it from 1-2:15 p.m. with food, and then end at 5 p.m. with tea/coffee

  Jimson Olufuye:Committee needs to look at the proposal submitted.

  Jimson Olufuye:and consider merging some elements.

  Marilyn Cade:ICANN speakers are very challenging as they are pushed not to do extra things. and depends on how far venue is from the actual event location on how long travel times are.

  Marilyn Cade:Omar and Lawrence and I are unlikely to be available before 2 p.m. due to having to end at 1 or 1:15 pm and then travel to the outside venue.

  Jimson Olufuye:Not yet.

  Marilyn Cade:Lawrence -- does this seem right to you?

  Marilyn Cade:Are you also possibly considering doing something at the National IGF in some of those countries?

  Marilyn Cade:The reason I asked is not to question e-commerce days and we did -- 2 or 3 of those a few years ago? but that it is possibly a place to bring in a voice from business into the local NRI.

  Gabriela Szlak:Yes we did, but eCommerce Days have evolved so much, and I think a different approach of a specific event at the day after makes sense

  Marilyn Cade:we will need to also collaborate with the Regional Engagement team from ICANN on this. Should we try to hve a drft proposal so that we can meet about this idea further during ICANN59.

  Marilyn Cade:excellent. we do need to go.  I will do an update on how we might help get some business people have speaking opps at NRIs.

  Lawrence:outreach in India would be great
