May I propose we revisit our BC outreach plan in view of the interest of
the VP's expressed, especially towards the EECA region.

Where VP's especially for the EECA can help facilitate opportunities for
BC outreach (like we experienced recently in Brazil with the involvement
of ICANN staff and the BC team) we may be looking at an opportunity to
expand our membership into that region.

Rather than pass off this opportunity until FY19 or somewhere in the
future, let's push it back and say we are ready to jump if there is a
catch on the other side. Where the VP can collaborate with his regional
team to facilitate outreach to Business, we should take it on. I would
rather we make this open and general feedback to all the VP's so that we
may explore other opportunities for outreach that may open up.
