Andrew, I just looked at the calendar and I think that your full proposal has to be 

first reviewed by the Outreach Committee and then forwarded to the ExComm

and needs a CROP document and it seems to me that we may be facing a deadline

today or at least in next few days to meet the required deadlines

Can you perhaps provide some clarification:

1)do we have ICANN support from Chris Mondini as a speaker? and perhaps as a 

collaborative sponsor for coffee, etc.

2)can we include the business attendees that we are recruiting as guest attendees

3) I have contacts with Rotary International - can we include guests from Rotary, or 

is this event limited to only the Chamber?

4) what are the opportunities for speaking roles for BC members, such as Tola, Jimson, Arinola, 

Execomm

This sounds like a useful event, but as with the event in S.Africa, it needs to be open to including 

attendees from business, both present and future members if we are funding it.

I think that this is now time sensitive, however, and needs first full Outreach Committee endorsement, before then gaining ExComm support.
