Thanks, Lawrence, I think I "got it", but great to have your comments. I suggested that you, Lawrence and I collaborate, as part of our "payback" for the benefit of having been supported on the Mentoring/Onboarding Program. 


Don't mistake me, we are only the "initial" drafters, just as I was on the Outreach Strategy with then all members commenting and contributing.

Dear Marylin,

the request from the VP's is with particular reference to how the BC has
tracked the outcomes from our last outreach plan and possibly justify the
use of CROP and other interventions from ICANN.

As the on-boarding pilot is a separate ICANN program, it is my opinion
that the BC Outreach report focuses less on the on-boarding pilot program
and more on justifying our outreach efforts.
