ICANN62 event discussion & update-

ACTIONs:

Gabi to follow-up and work with her local host contact to confirm date/time.
Marilyn working with introductions from Rotary International to engage local Rotary Clubs in Panama City.
Chantelle to reach out to Board Ops, once Gabi/BC Team has confirmed.

WCIT Afghanistan update-

Marilyn Cade provided an update on WCIT on behalf her and Omar. Per Jimson, Chantelle forwarded Omar’s report to the BC Outreach team

Outreach for Africa & FY19 proposals

ACTIONs:

Request for proposals to be submitted to the BC Outreach team
Jimson to forward draft "placeholder" budget to OC for immediate comment (within 5 days?)

the local host has not yet planned to sponsor any event during ICANN62. If they do, it would most likely be a small cocktail perhaps only with the ICANN Board and Community leadership.

Based on public comments received on the draft FY19 budget, ICANN org is considering making changes to the FY19 budget to accommodate some funding for CROP.
